On Air

The Essential 80s The best of the 1980s

Peter Keith

Peter is a retired Wagga GP, and long-standing member of Triple-A. He commenced at Triple-A back in 1991, doing guest appearances on the then Thursday Morning nostalgia programme Strolling with Rona Hartley. After later training he moved to Sunday Classical (which he has done for over 20 years) , and in the last 5 years or so has presented World Music, Movie Music and Potpourri on Tuesday Evening Music Mix, with the demise of former Multicultural Programmes. He plays music on air entirely from his very large and diverse classical music CD collection, and a more modest collection of the other genres. He has served on the Committee of Management and Programme Committee for a number of years, and more recently as Chairman of the Committee of Management. He is also a keen gardener, enjoys community service through Rotary (Kooringal Rotary Club member since 1985, and currently Secretary) , an active Anglican layman (current Chair of South Wagga Anglican Church Parish Council, and Lay Reader), and Secretary of Friends of Sunflower House, now  trading as One Door Mental Health.
